Push off a bill or two, for a few days, or after a payday, until the negative balances clear. Be sure to change any automatic payments to the new due date, and/or call the creditor to make these new arrangements, if needed. Some creditors may waive late fees, if they are informed ahead of time.

On the initial set up of your UsableCash.com account, if an expense is due sooner than a full billing cycle, for example: once a year, but it is due in 6 months, this may cause negative balances to appear on the My Budget page, especially if entering only the Average Minimum as the entered income amount. If this happens, until the first expense pays out, to clear the negative balances, do one or both of the following:
The Average Minimum amount is the lowest ‘guideline’ amount needed to cover expenses, over a 5 year period, based on how often you are paid, or plan on funding (depositing) your Bill Account (if using two checking accounts).
